The (delicious) lardo in the film came from The Fatted Calf in Napa. But frustratingly, it's really hard finding good lardo in this country!

I just watched PBS’s American Masters, “Marcella”, the career of Marcella Hazan. She brought the deliciousness & simplicity of real Italian cooking using fresh ingredients to America. What a marvelous show. We need to support and save PBS from Trump’s power grab and fear of independence by others.
