The EU needs to act and ban X.

To the best fishmonger in Hackney, is it so terrible to write 'cockup' on bsky? I guess I'll find out.

1. Someone asks Grok a question and it invents a wrong answer
2. People post that answer in tweets.
3. People ask Grok the same question and it gives a more certain wrong answer with sources
4. The sources are the tweets from point 2.
Grok is eating its own shit.
We drove two hours to Frankfurt specifically for this meal. We called ahead at 1 PM to let the restaurant know weโd arrive by 2:30 PM and offered to pre-order. They assured us we could dine, but reminded us their lunch break starts at 3 PM and asked us to eat promptly. We understood and respected this. However, just as the clock struck 2:59 PM, a staff member came over and asked us to pack up our food immediately. After some back-and-forth, they begrudgingly gave us 8 more minutes to finish. We ended up taking the rest of our food to go, feeling rushed and unwelcome.
God I love this Google review. "We got to the restaurant at 2:30 and they told us they would close at 3 PM. We understood and respected this. Then they closed at 3 PM! How rude!!!"

03.11.2024 07:55 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I imagine that the cafe in North West Essex closed not because of minimum wage, but too few covers to amass a turnover yielding any profit worth improvement. While I mostly disagree with KB, I don't find her hateful (or unprincipled like the other one).
03.11.2024 07:09 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Poor question. Minimum wage doesn't *damage* businesses (or public sector organisations, either). It just changes them and makes them marginally less easy to run for a while. Hence the moans. There are better ways of turning a profit than paying the least possible. The best way is: more sales.
02.11.2024 17:24 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Er, no. We're just muddling along, and we'll vote them in again if they succeed, as they may well do. All the time begrudging that success. Yanks don't understand Brits, just as Brits don't understand Yanks.
