That’s so nice to hear. He’d be delighted! I was a teenager when it came out and was made to watch a few episodes in my 10th grade English class.

Oh man, I’m reading this again and imagining my dad wanting to change that last sentence. He’s still alive and well in my head.

My dad gave 25 years to providing unbiased news on PBS. He lived by a strict oath to be honest, balanced and clear. These people trying to trash his legacy have no idea how much people value these simple values.

Y’know, I’m not even sure it’s that. It feels more like one of his distractions. Even the mineral rights thing in Ukraine seems like an attempt at misdirection. The U.S. economy is likely to tank pretty bad. If you can get people talking about Greenland instead of pay checks, you’ve won.
