What a game for Mayenda last night. I posted recently about him not quite being ready for regular minutes & I still back that, although he does need to be regularly involved to develop him.

I am going to the cup game and taking my 9 yr old son who I'm trying to get hooked into #safc. He will have a Jobe SAFC shirt and wants to try and get it signed and see other players etc.

Any tips/advice? What kind of time would we need to be at the players entrance?

With Mayenda, I think we're seeing some evidence over a period of time now of a player with decent potential & flashes of quality that isn't quite ready for regular minutes in the Championship.

Not having a go, but think we do need to upgrade our attacking options in the January window.

Not trying to be miserable or negative here or gain some kind of pity. I just think it's an interesting point of conversation in terms of what others might think or how they feel themselves. Especially those who struggle with mental health issues.

And when saying that, I don't mean it's neccessarily a deliberate act of neglect or selfishness. It just seems to be the way most people are in the world we live in today. Maybe it's more of a modern/developed/western world thing? Maybe it's habits/traits that society and media engrain into us?

I try to go through life giving what I can to others. Making sure they are ok. Checking in on them regularly, Offering help and support, etc.

It's quite sad how little the vast majority do in return. Almost all seem wrapped up in their own little world (sadly).

Any tips for electric cars in the UK? Looking at a small SUV, luggage for at least 2 large suitcases (ideally more). Back seat space nota big issue as we will have a young child and sometimes a short/small adult in there.

Would prefer a charging point at home and max £350 p/m cost.

Might be a little hard with suspensions and injuries factored in, but on the other hand if we can come out with a good points haul nevertheless then it looks great for the promotion credentials.

I think be the bigger and wiser person and make it about the core issues and not let politics dominate.

The more you make it a right vs left issue the more it demeans getting your own views across in terms of promoting the seriousness of your concerns. You are almost doing the same and now bashing the left and continuing it is a political battle rather than getting people to look at the real issues.

You can pick out multiple other issues and find people on the right doing the same. Concentrate on the issue in hand rather than make it political, surely? If others are doing that, then be better yourself and rise above the political side of it? Use your own influence and take politics out of it.
