My 2 mile bubble includes kidsβ schools, grocery, library, coffee, dentist, pediatrician, and more.
I use them on mine!

Cycling is especially good for people with long-running knee problems or health issues. I've been able to do everything I've wanted to, but a clamor of what-ifs were often in the back of my mind.

16.05.2025 20:43 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0When our new mayor agreed to sit down with me and talk infrastructure, I made sure to bring my wife along and let her offer most of the feedback on the current status of our bike network.
Leaders don't need to hear from middle-aged dudes on bikes. They need to hear from women, seniors, and kids.
What are you paying?

β¦and maybe $100β$300/year to maintain β thatβs over 90% less than owning a car.
Switching even some of your trips to bike can seriously save money.
The average American household spends nearly $10,000/year on a car.
That includes:
β’ $3,000+ on gas & maintenance
β’ $1,500 on insurance
β’ $4,000β$5,000 in car payments
β’ Plus registration, taxes, parking, and more.

The pulley tensioner is pretty standard on longer rear ends or suspension bikes! Another thing to keep your eye on.
15.05.2025 17:02 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0If you are just removing the wheel, you donβt have to adjust belt tension.
Shift to the least tension and take photos of how the carrier is in the hub.
No need to use a torque wrench on the axle nuts. Elbow tight.
Your spoke magnet looks like itβs on the wrong side. It should be in the spoke closest to the sensor. If itβs not getting any reading errors you donβt really have to adjust but an fyi
