I think this is why police refuse to loudly and publicly toss ICE under the bus--even though they would be heralded as heroes. Because the next step after ICE is gone is setting firm boundaries so that cops can no longer do in "private" what ICE did publicly.

You don't need a ballistics report when multiple witnesses watched an ICE agent shoot a woman in the face.
