We found that cadherin at cellโcell contacts exhibits two distinct flows, such as ventral flow and leftโright asymmetric flow, each driven by ECM and RhoA signaling (left movie). The resulting cadherin patch pattern is chiral, meaning it cannot be superimposed on its mirror image
