I doubt this is helpful but … you don’t need to watch. We all only have so much energy and from the sounds of it you’ve used yours well over the past few months.

One of the people I think you and I have in common died last year and this was exactly the disorienting feeling I’d described. Nothing changed materially, yet everything was different.
