(A) No immediate irreparable harm?

(B) No likelihood of success on the merits?

(C) No sense of decency and humanity for those who might lose jobs?

(D) All of the above?

Please do a story on Social Security & the promise not to “touch” it. People think it means they will get their benefits. But SS will fall short of its commitments in 8-10 years if it isn’t “touched. People need to ask their reps how this will be fixed if SS is not “touched.”

I worry that he is compromised. Don’t forget the US Attorney in DC wanted to indict him. Maybe Main Justice pulled back in that so they could put the screws to him when they needed to
