When season 3 of The Righteous Gemstones ended I said that they should just end it there and go out on a high note. After watching the first four episodes of season 4 I'm so glad to be proven wrong. The show has gotten better with each season and I was a fool to think this wouldn't be great anymore.

I'll probably do a larger breakdown tomorrow but I loved ANORA, so I was very happy that it pretty much swept tonight. There's almost no particular wins that I'm mad at from this year, and that's all you can really ask for.

Overall though I thought this was a great show! Conan is the perfect host as predicted, & they're getting better as a voting body at choosing winners every year. I hope the Academy knows that they have a winning formula to base the upcoming years off of, because this was excellent. Bring Conan back!

Normally, I live-tweet #TheOscars, but this year we actually had some friends over to watch the ceremony. It was a great time until the live stream suddenly cut out and we couldn't watch the last two awards of the show. Pretty embarrassing on the part of Hulu.
