I’m genuinely asking this - how am I minimizing the situation? Because I was reminded of this kind of personality that I didn’t like when I was doing litigation myself? He was making snide comments and was admonished by the Court several times for it. It was ethically poor attorney behavior.

Prosecutor in Karen Read reminded me today exactly why I hated litigation. The attorneys that just are rude and difficult for funsies are the worst.
