Among the torrent of abusive responses, one that stuck with me the most asserted that it would have been far better if only more Jews like me and these anti-state anarchists had been murdered rather than all the "innocent" victims of the Nazi genocide.

Reading this took me back to 2012 when I published a whimsical post about the 19th century's Anarchist Yom Kippur Balls on Yiddishkayt's "Today in History" series.

Beinart goes a long way in this cogently written book to explain our current moment, in which fascist Revisionist Zionism has become perfectly acceptable in the Jewish establishment and routine for some Jews to condemn others (even to death) for their opposition to Zionist Statist theology.
