A big recovery milestone: I went for a walk in my local park! I haven’t been able to do so for almost 2 months. The loop is less than a 1/4 mile (.40km), and yes, I did get winded, but it was beautiful and worth it. There’s a snowstorm coming, so I soaked up the sun and peeped some mosses.

What I really want to do is try the open skate at the big ice rink here, but I’m a little scared. I will do it though. Maybe not this week, but like. the following week. Writing it here for accountability:)
