Padlet has worked really well for my new CoP where members introduce themselves and their hopes and desires for the community. Some have AI photos, some have their staff profile picture others have an image that represents their playful self.

1 Inclusion safety (want to be included)
2 Learner safety (want to learn)
3 Contributor Safety (want to contribute)
4 Challenger safety (wanting to challenge the status quo when they believe things need to change) #LTHEchat
