This is a good reminder that open source doesn't mean free or forever. The Ingress NGINX project has been a gift to the community for almost 10 years and should be celebrated. All the contributors to the project have my respect and should be proud of themselves.

Why is every interaction with TSA so varied? Sometimes folks are very helpful, but often I get frustrated and angry responses even when I follow their posted instructions. Agents get frustrated when I don't follow their ever-changing rules, despite receiving only glares and no instructions.

At a certain point, meetings are the work. Building up others, coaching, mentoring, setting strategy. All these things happen with other people face to face.
