How’s the byelection going?

If Pierre Poilievre fails to surpass Damien Kurek’s election victory in Battle River-Crawford during April’s election, the Conservative Party will be compelled to make a decision in January that their esteemed leader lacks the capacity to unite the 45% of the population.

Trump is reported to want to sue over South Park saying he has a tiny penis.

That would be funny for two reasons:(1) discovery; and (2) truth is an absolute defense in defamation actions.

This disregard for the independence of Crown attorneys who are not subject to the direction of Members of Parliament is very concerning.

Pierre Poillievre contends that his experience renders him a suitable candidate for the Prime Minister’s position. Nevertheless, he appears to overlook the fact that it is inappropriate for politicians to comment on criminal cases prior to the adjudication of a verdict. .
