Wild to have a resume with 9 years experience on AAA, AA, and indie projects and 6+ of those be in the relevant now role and you can't get another AAA studio to even bat an eye at your resume despite working on big titles and having work that speaks for itself. What is going on with our industry?!

Did belt promotions in Jiu Jitsu tonight and got my second stripe for my white belt. I got another year + to go before my blue but I'm already so grateful for constantly being humbled and learning more!

yeah absolutely, I don't know if I have quite the XP yet to be a department head though, I have 6 years in marketing roles, 9 in games industry (first 3 years were in QA)
