For sure. I think you'd have to go with a machine cutter or at least something like this to get multiple pages to cut with minimal-to-no slippage

I'm able to cut decks of cards uniformly enough for play testing. Are you printing with crop marks? They make a world of difference when lining up my cuts

I use this all the time. It doesn't do great with more than 1 page at a time because of slippage, but it's pretty quick and easy to do while watching TV or on a work call

Yeah. I wouldn't discourage it. It might actually be better for new players to have that early direction and then remove it when players better understand the game

I'm actually not sure if I prefer the spirits or not. They give direction, but then it adds it a but more luck as to which one you have and what chips come out. I think I prefer the simplicity of the base game
