Normally, to get pierogies crispy enough, they wind up being oily. This cooks them perfectly. It's probably how I'll make them from now on!

They will waffle! Great texture, and good pockets for the herb butter! Just watch out for overcooking!

Meh. You can, but why? They're a mess to clean up and it doesn't change much, and you have to eat them quickly.

They will not waffle. The dough's consistency gets weird, and the chocolate gets granular.
