"At 00:35 on 19 January, he called the mountain police. The content of the conversation is disputed. Rescuers said it wasn't an emergency call but the lawyer says he denies telling police that everything was fine.
He scaled the summit and descended on the other side, leaving Kerstin behind. Prosecutors say he left her at 02:00 am.
Webcam images show his torchlit figure coming down from the summit."
This bit really struck me. Just carried on to the top without her.

A photo of the boxed cassette, featuring the games Cybo Run and Super Gran.
The only thing I remember about Cybo Run, is that it was included in one of Dixon's game packs, meaning it ended up sharing a cassette with Super Gran :)

Unfortunately I don't store my big-box speccy games in order as they're all various sizes. Here are the ones that got sold .. bit more manageable :)

A photo of lots of single-case ZX Spectrum cassette games.
Today's challenge: Packaging up probably the largest single order I've had in terms of number of items. All spectrum games and these are just the single-case ones.. now to dig out the big-box ones next.

Agreed. Back when I was really under gambling's spell, just watching a football match and seeing an online casino sponsor would be enough to start me off.
Plus I'd recommend more promotion of the tools available to help someone stop gambling - gamstop, blocking gambling transactions on cards etc.

My first bought spectrum games were from a local newsagents that had a spinning rack of Mastertronic games. Tank Trax, Viper III, Voyage into the Unknown etc. Certainly not the best games, but as a youngster, each game was a new experience.

Another High score table from Dark Star on the ZX Spectrum
I liked Dark Star's approach to high score tables. When you loaded it up, you wouldn't get the same names every time. I just loaded it up on an emulator and got these two. :)
