Review of Chilling Effect by Valerie Valdez. Sci fi Audio
I really liked this but it felt long even with all the action. It could have been multiple books. By the end I couldn’t keep all of the characters straight. But it was still fun, funny, not steamy, but with a romance sub plot. #booksky

Writing - beautiful- language -gorgeous Story- beautiful Characters- quirky and interesting Theme- beautiful Narration- excellent The story was a little slow in spots, but it was entertaining and I’m so glad a read it. I listened to the audio. Maybe the best male narrator I’ve heard. I’m honestly very impressed by this writer.

Five stars out of five rating for this YA sci-fi fantasy about space academy students going on their first mission and ending up in an epic high stakes adventure. Audio has a full cast and is amazing.
