The US needs to be referred to as the “United States” and the “of America” needs to be removed when referring to it.

Since Trump, I try very hard not to refer to those who live in the US simply as “Americans” or add “of America” when referring to the country of the “United States”.
I cannot think of another country in the world which adds their continent to its name.
I apologize to all my friends & relatives…

I keep saying that the countries in the Western hemisphere are “the Americas”, divided into North, Central & South America.
The United States is the only country that usually adds “of America”.

The comments about the Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime show by the Right are almost laughable & certainly not what I watched & heard. I heard no booing on Canadian coverage.
I admit I did not understand a word but enjoyed the show & was impressed by this guests performing or appearing during the show.

While I admit I did not understand a word of the lyrics in Bad Bunny’s halftime show, it was impressive especially considering those he had join him during his performance including Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin and more:

I think white supremacy is just one component of the bigotry & hatred towards not only to non-whites but also whites who disagree with white supremacy & bigotry of all types.

There are a LOT more things than just racism that make people say such things.

It’s amazing the reports about the “boos for JD Vance” on the “dead bird” platform. From reports of Vance being booed were faked to reports that fans booed both Vance AND the US athletes.
Watching the Olympic opening ceremonies on a Canadian network (the CBC) the athletes were cheered & Vance booed.

Some hide it better than others.

So, it sounds like it will be up to countries other than the US to take legal steps against predators in their countries, which should disclose the names of those in the US who are predators.
The US legal system is non-existent.

What I struggle to believe is all those people who STILL support him & make excuses for him after all the evidence of who/what he really is.
What he has done should no longer be called “allegations” as the facts speak for themselves.
