I have a big pot of tomato sauce on the stove. It is made entirely with home grown tomatoes. It smells so good in here. My partner, @flannelforever.bsky.social, went to the store to get a baguette for some garlic bread.

So, I had a tree decorated for St. Patrick's, Easter, Spring, 4th of July, and now fall.

There's a story there. Because of some life challenges, I didn't have the chance to take my tree down until the end of February. It's an old school tree that you have to hook the branches in and put lights in. It's 9½ feet tall with 1,800 lights. I decided to keep it up and decorate for holidays.

When I was a child, I saw some Disney movies there. I walked to downtown Augusta across the river to the theatre with my sisters. It always seemed fancy to me. It closed in 1969.

Wow...this is an amazing find. I live in Augusta and have watched the old Colonial Theatre restoration work. I watched movies there when I was young.

Wait! I need to extract some people first that no longer want to live there, but it's complicated.

I worked as a professional baker and we used specific portion scoops for different cookies. Now I use them for home baking. I find them to be a quick way to to bake a lot of cookies My partner uses one to make matzo balls.

A squirrel has been digging up my peppers in pots on my deck. So, my partner, David pulled out the critter cage he and I made from the cellar. Take that squirrel! @flannelforever.bsky.social .

We brew ours in a pot on the stove, then transfer it to a glass container and fridge it.

I worked in a bakery for several years. I can't wait to start baking and cooking.When I started at the bakery I found out that I was unusual. I was told that most people are either a sweets baker, or a bread baker. I was both, so I was the backup bread baker if they needed the day off.
