What people who say “transgender cissexual” are doing is this

1. take Jaynice Raymond’s “transsexual empire” and use “transgender” the way she uses “transsexual”

2. take “Whipping Girl” and willfully misread it so “transsexual” is someone who transitions medically and “cissexual” is anyone else
