It's not going to be an easy journey, but I am at least not wondering aimlessly, stumbling from crisis event to crisis event.

After a weekend talking to mental health professionals, it's clear that not only do I have severe depression and anxiety, but they also believe I have PTSD brought on by my previous job.
I'm not better, but I do feel a sense of relief knowing that I am broken and it is not all in my head.
I came the closest I have ever been to doing something stupid, but I got an appointment with my GP, who took one look at me and put me straight into a crisis management program and prescribed Sertraline.

But I know there is and I know I need more than therapy
Every day is now a struggle to keep going.
I couldn’t even face going to two events this week
