If FDIC isn’t staying on task & proactively monitoring banks capital requirements & RE-acting after there’s a problem, then 08 could happen all over again & they’ll be using us to bail all of the banks out again.

Maybe checking in to be sure they’re keeping up w our banks capital reqirements (doing their job) before they collapse is a good thing.
