The Constitution gives to *Congress* the authority to choose on what date the presidential election will be held, and it must be the same day throughout the country. However it does *not* give Congress the authority to *cancel* elections.

For several reasons, including our Constitution, the president cannot suspend, let alone cancel, elections. EVER.

Learn a Little Law with Anne: Here are the facts:

The Constitution very specifically leaves *to the States* the setting and running of elections. Not the president.

He is very unlikely to call a national emergency over anything in that document. And he is *not* going to cancel elections! He can’t. A president has *no* authority to cancel or even postpone elections, even during times of war. Or some other national emergency, whether real or trumped up.

These are lawyers pandering to and trying to curry favour with Trump. (These are the f*cking lawyers that give the rest of us a bad name. I always say that 98% of the lawyers out there...give the other 2% of us a bad name.)

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! This is *not* coming from the White House? Oh, I'm sure that Trump would love to consider it, but it *can't* happen. He probably even knows that.

FIRST! A bunch of pro-Trump lawyers (oh I'm so ashamed to have them in the same profession!) drafted up a suggested executive order and are shopping it around.

In his narrative, Taylor explains that "Twelve names sit at the terminal end of this financial structure. These are the people the money reached — or in some cases, the people who fed money back into it."

And he shows his work and the files, as well as putting it all together in a narrative report on GitHub. I'm including the links to both his narrative and the underlying data. I fully expect this to go offline, so I have also saved all of the webpages in our private dropbox.

We may even be approaching the "you won't have Trump to kick around anymore" moment.

I am 100% certain that Trump was still working with Epstein through intermediaries (perhaps even Brende) at the time that Trump attended Davos in 2018, as this and other evidence I have seen with my own eyes will eventually prove.

And also: "Brende, a former Norwegian foreign minister, dined with Epstein three times in 2018 and 2019." (source: Politico)

(Remember how Trump was so sure he was going to win the Nobel peace prize, which Norway, with all those government officials connected to Epstein, administers?)

Also Brende was Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs (we've already seen a few resignations and a suicide attempt from highly placed Norwegian government officials over their connections to Epstein) up until 2017 which is when he took over as CEO of the World Economic Forum (Davos).

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT DOMINO

Why? Because Trump spoke at Davos in 2018, while he was in office.

These 15 individuals, making these massive illegitimate wire transfers, were (are?) suspected of funding both illegal drug transactions and prostitution.

Operation Chain Reaction was looking into 15 individuals, Epstein being one of them, who were suspected of massive money laundering and illegitimate wire transfers.

In fact, the Federal Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF), of which the DEA is one of the agencies involved, was coordinating the investigation, dubbed Operation Chain Reaction, among multiple agencies.

Or you may have heard it put in the context of something like "the DOJ didn't share this document" or such.

But the actual story is far deeper.

*WHAT* was and is going on behind the scenes among the Epsteinerati? The trading of and using of as leverage *state secrets*! That's what Andrew has been arrested for, that's what Mandelson has been arrested for.

And WHAT did Jack Smith find during his research and investigation into it all, which he put in Volume II, and which Trump *absolutely* does *not* want to be made public? After all, the public *already* knows what was in the indictments.

That's when it hit me:

I HAVE THE FULL *SUPERSEDING* INDICTMENT OF TRUMP IN THE JACK SMITH CASE! AND SOMETHING JUST HIT ME

*WHY* did Trump want to possess these documents? And WHY did he go to such extraordinary lengths to hide them?
