It doesn’t have to assume motion. You can tween anything, not just positions. Even if you are doing motion, you could put velocity on an animation curve to have non-linear acceleration. I’ve even used animation curves to model analog stick input for manual dead zones and input curves

Tweens depend on lerps to plot where on the easing curve a value is pulled from. You just may never see the word lerp when using one, depending on the way the library is written

PGU 1/60 RX-78-2 Gundam completed assembly (Tamiya black panel accent, Delpi water slide decals, Krylon 1311 matte topcoat)

And with that (and nearly 2 weeks later), my PGU RX-78-2 is done!

I don’t have any LR41 batteries, so some poses with it lit up will have to wait, but yeah, this was a phenomenal build that will have me looking back on it fondly for years to come.

It would leave a gaping hole to be skipped, so that’s not an option. The Tamiya cement is drying now, so I’ll know if it’s salvageable tomorrow. Right now it’s the correct *shape*, but we’ll see if it holds 😬
