A federal judge finds the Trump admin "did not comply" with his order to fund SNAP benefits.
Judge John McConnell has verbally ordered the admin to *fully fund* SNAP benefits for the month of November — by tomorrow.
It is clearly deeply annoying for a sociopath when a human collapses nearby and distracts attention from him.
