Nicollet is where my Asian grocery store is. It’s where a ton of restaurants are. The Vietnamese restaurant I went to as a kid is still on Nicollet. It’s walking distance from the MIA and MCAD. It’s a very busy street. Jeez.

As you are reading this news from outside the state, please understand - this is a very dense, mixed residential and commercial area where families and kids hang out. Where I’ve been with my children countless times. This isn’t a “protestor”. This is a bystander hanging out on a Saturday morning.

All those people downtown yesterday, no ICE involvement, and not one incident. ICE shows up in a neighborhood and now another Minnesotan is dead. It's pretty obvious who the violent outside agitators are.
