I would put a hard stop at the Oklahoma and Pennsylvania borders, but other than that I have few, minor quibbles with this map’s definition of Midwest.

This map largely tracks with what I’ve always believed to be the Midwest—Interstates 29 to 77, and 90 to 70/64 (I could be talked into Interstate 44 instead of 70 though).
