And here I was, hoping that BlueSky would be spared the scourge of NFT art scammers because it would be different from all those other platforms - nope, I did not really think that but people tried to tell me so.

Anyway, it's all the same everywhere.

That is a stunning image, almost feels like an etching! Very atmospheric, too.

It takes a while to figure things out but I see things changed a bit, more functions got added, etc since I last was active here. That's good! ... Still, everything is so fragmented all over various social media now, though ..

Slowly following people back while trying to figure out how to and what to post where, I mean, it used to be SO easy with Insta, Facebook & Twitter as main social media channels. Nowadays, especially as an artist, EVERYTHING IS SCATTERED ALL OVER EVERYWHERE 😆

Sta ik op iemands starterpack of zo? 😉 Enniewee, missch toch ook hier wat actiever worden maar kijken hoe in combi met Threads - wat meer als 'my jam' voelt, BlueSky voelt als het nét niet voor mij. Dilemma! Wordt vervolgd!

Ook even in NL: klopt het dat het met dat federale server systeem te maken heeft dat je je BlueSky profiel niet op privé 🔐 kan zetten als je dat zou willen? Is er een tech savvy figuur hier die wat kan toelichten?

So, it is bc of federated servers that you can't set your profile to private here, even if you should wish or think necessary? It may not be an option at all?

My left hand holding up a newly made papercut character against one of the walls of my art studio. It is a hybrid Human Lamb Figure, standing up on their legs. He has no face, no eyes and no arms. I created them with black, blue indigo and purple acrylic inks. This papercut figure will feature in one of my new mixed media artworks. Too much going on, in my head, in my mind, out there in the world - too much happening one does not have any control over so you need to take a deep breath and learn to let go.
