True. I do wonder if the rise of the Tea Party and the likes of Mike Lee would have been accelerated or if it would have received a lot more push back had McCain and Palin won. But I admittedly know very little about how that kind of stuff actually works.

For me the big three things would be Obama, Prop 8 and Occupy Wall Street.
