You might not think you needed to see Kate Bush dressed as a bat today, but you were wrong.

NEW VIDEO OUT!

I used to think that my feelings on games looking more unique when I was a kid was mostly nostalgia. Turns out I was just right all along. This is a video about that.

A half-and-half image of Kameo, from Kameo: Elements of Power, and Joanna Dark, from Perfect Dark Zero, with each side showing half of each character's face, sort of combining to to make Kamanna. Well no, there's a clear dividing line, and the hair doesn't line up. It's a fun image anyway and we're thinking about it too much.

Kameo: Elements of Power and Perfect Dark Zero both celebrate their 20th anniversary today! Well, they're not actually celebrating, they're merely data and incapable of expressing emotion, but you and us? We can celebrate. To all the pummelled Trolls and Infection mode brawls!

Products that are possibly dangerous, defective, or compromised are pulled from sale all the time, and yet AI chatbots are left to continue chatting shit to suicidal teens. The double standards of accountability due to rich cunts wanting a return on investment boils my piss.

AI bros claim theyโ€™re making art accessible but hereโ€™s the thing: art is already accessible to literally everyone. Anyone can make art. All you need to do is fight the mythic crimson Crayola beast and collect the seven sacred gems of Pencilia.

Pink Floyd's ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL, PART 2 was 1979's Christmas number one, and still topped the charts in January, seeing in the new decade with its bleak, scary video. The teacher! The mincing machine! The hammers! Welcome to the 80s.

While I'm not quite at the point of losing my house, the harm ai has done to my animation work income is huge, like 80% gone and it makes me wonder how many freelance artists and animators ARE losing everything while billionaire con men continue to rake it in.

Got a pal (Trumad) to mirror all of Burger's collections of memories and thoughts she had on her youtube page, so those are in the collection and preserved now. You can really get the full Burger experience from them. I wish more people did these.

Looking back at Vincent Prices' character in Edward Scissorhands, seeing his machines to chop veg, bake biscuits and the baller decision to make a man and give him, of all the materials available, SCISSORS FOR HANDS you realise we just didn't have the language for ADHD back then.

The amount of people I know who have been laid off from games industry jobs and are deciding to leave games entirely as a result is not only extremely saddening (of course), but also genuinely scary. We have lost legitimately thousands of years of knowledge and experience in the last four years.

Master System at 40: the truth about Segaโ€™s most underrated console Forty years ago, the Nintendo Entertainment System dominated the markets in Japan and the US. But in Europe, a technologically superior rival was making it look like an ancient relic

Hi I wrote about the Sega Master System and how itโ€™s been criminally overlooked because everyone goes on about the NES like it was the only 8bit console in the world look donโ€™t get me started

I just want to quickly apologise to Thomas Jones who died in the early 1900s. When I was 19, my emo girlfriend at the time sat on top of your gravestone in the local graveyard, spread her legs and successfully seduced me into giving her cunnilingus. Sorry about that, mate. RIP.

All you are saying is that you want to gatekeep creativity. That's not good.

Neuroscientist here... creativity is a process. A process. A FUCKING PROCESS. Not an output.
Nobody is gatekeeping the process - Al simply invites you to skip to the end, to the output. Which, as mentioned, is not creativity.
Nobody cares if the output is aesthetically pleasing, because the process, the act itself, the limitation of a single human mind and the resulting creations that capture that one single inimitable human experience... is what makes a creation worth paying attention
