our son's school uses magnetic pouches. we simply went on amazon and bought him the magnet you need to use to open it, so if he needs his phone he has that option.

a) there's pretty good science behind the value of putting cell phones away
b) agree w/ u 100%, needs to b a way for students to use them if they need to contact parents urgently. shld be in the bill
c) normalizing dehumanizing lang is not helpful. there's ways to convey the point w/o doing that.

My idea: create an honors list for top taxpayers over last year and last 10 years cumulatively. Fete them, honor them, hold ceremonies and shit. Pet their egos. Get the rich competing to appear on that list instead of the hoarding list.

I think you should weight first 4 picks at 100%, next 4 at 75%, next at 50% and final 4 picks at 25%. Points per team stay the same, but weighting dimishes for later picks.

For a guy with better blood glucose control than 99% of 18-25 year olds I'd think you could avoid styes. Guess that longevity thing isn't all it's cracked up to be.
