Fact is, SEPTA is what allows me to raise a family with one car in a neighborhood that’s also home to foxes

Woke up at 5:30 am and couldn’t get back to sleep because I was worked up about the SEPTA cuts. (And a fox was screaming outside)

Should they have all raised more of a fuss? Yes. Would louder voices have been enough to prevent these Senate clowns from negotiating in bad faith? Probably not.

I'm disgusted with Shapiro too, but I think this is just a response to feeling powerless about the fact that our fate is in the hands of distant politicians who don't give a fuck about us.
