It only makes sense as part of a wider strategy to criminalize dissent. They are turning up the volume, and will amplify any stochastic violence that results, in service of restricting opposition organizing and fundraising, so we end up with one-party state.

Solution: Take their votes away unless they ”concentrate” themselves in “camps.”
