Today marks the Dragon Boat Festival, an important cultural celebration with deep roots in Chinese tradition.

To our Chinese-Canadian community here in our region and all those taking part in the festivities, I wish you peace, good health, and strong spirit as you celebrate with family and friends.

Great news: All eligible Canadians aged 18 & over can now apply for our federal government's Canadian Dental Care Plan!

So far, more than 3M Canadians have enrolled in the plan, including over 9K right here in Kitchener-Conestoga. On average, patients are saving $780 ✅

The speech outlined our government’s plan to bring down costs and remove trade barriers, cut taxes, and building a stronger economy for all Canadians, including families here in Kitchener-Conestoga.
