I read a lot of great stuff last year. One fave for these times is the short story called “Select Character” from Hugh Howey’s collection called “Machine Learning.” It’s worth your time.

My 18yo helps herself to my TV snacks beside me in the evenings. I’ll miss this when she’s off to college next year. Soak up that sharing—it’s awfully sweet.

There are methods for downloading Wikipedia. Did that. Stocked up on physical books. Bought a second backup drive so that I can switch out weekly and always have one drive that is not connected to the internet in case of weird cyberattacks. Plus encrypted offsite continuous backups.
