Insane. The city service standards are that bike lanes will be cleared within 8 hours if 2cm or more of snow has accumulated. The storm was 11 days ago at this point.

The lanes on Davenport were finally cleared yesterday (10 days after the storm) but by the snow removal crews. I don't believe they were ever actually plowed.

At minimum the chief must resign or be fired.
