OLT Allows for Artificial Relocation of Wetland near Hamilton Airport
OLT accepts development expert testimony that new artificial wetland will be beneficial for the environment - a decision that could matter in other cases.
The Ontario Land Tribunal's approval of a wetland removal/relocation near Hamilton's airport is significant - and it could foreshadow what could happen in the 140 Garner Road marsh OLT hearing that is scheduled for 2026.
