Just to clarify, does that mean that, unless things change, there won't be another NAEP for another 4 years?

Eradication of smallpox. I said this would be non-health but this one is too important to leave out and I haven’t seen it mentioned as much elsewhere. USAID played a supporting role in the campaign to eradicate smallpox. 5/6
