There is no quota for diversity in DEI. It's not about filing the categories. It's about opening up hiring practices to a more diverse group of people, so one really gets the cream of the crop - the WHOLE crop, regardless of race, gender, or disability.

I did it, I have created our own homeschool now called Dugan Academy.

I haven't shared what's going on with Max as it's his private business. Suffice to say, regular school wasn't working for him, and there were no other options available to us but to homeschool. Every other place was full.

As a Californian, I don't blame you. Go ahead as those who voted for Trump need to see reality. We'll hunker down.

For interfaith, no hood. For Witches, hood but better lighting

Cons: I'm worried that there's no legal way for us to secede, and we might be looking at war, which wouldn't be acceptable. It would also be hard to see family as they all live on the East Coast.

Maybe Trump will get so angry that he'll happily let us leave.

I'd also like to get as far away from Trump as possible. We could easily set up trade agreements with various countries and other economic benefits. I could even see universal healthcare here and other basic human rights.

What are your thoughts on #CalExit ?

Pros: I'm for it because for every $5.04 we give to the Federal Government, we only get back $1.
