I can't think of any immigrant in American history who has assimilated worse than Musk. The guy hates most of the people here and wants to hurt us, has open contempt for our traditions or values, and has spent billions trying to destroy our culture to replace it with that of his foreign childhood.

Thanks, I may try that. I've tried a few recipes, I think the problem lies somewhere else lol! There's just a knack you get from doing something many times, and I just haven't gotten it yet.

Wow! Good for you, that's awesome. I agree, kids don't learn enough practical stuff in school, and takeout should not be the default way of eating.

I cut out most refined foods, so I don't make biscuits at home. But I do love pie, and I'd eat more if I could make a decent crust.

Does anyone even know how to make biscuits from scratch anymore? Or whip up a pie crust on a moment's notice? We don't even understand the technology that allowed the ancient white people do such things.

I thought this boondoggle ended with the first obviously stupid prototype. Oh well, I guess after 200 or 400 billion taxpayer dollars for construction, environmental cleanup, long-term bond payments, etc., it could become an amusement park ride or something. Do keep us posted!

Haidt did such good work in moral psychology. Ironically, his experiments showed how our rational mind acts as a "lawyer" creating arguments to justify our emotional behavior. Then he goes and writes a book justifying his emotional behavior in a field he knows nothing about.

AIPAC is anti-American. Anyone who does their bidding is betraying the United States and ripping off taxpayers. I will give my time and money to defeat politicians who take money from AIPAC or do its bidding.
