OK NOLA friends -- my homeowners says I need to have this section of sidewalk replaced (trip hazard) to keep my policy. Any suggestions on how or who can remedy this?

I believe they lost lots of their port dates to the new Viking ship, but they still have to go somewhere with their American-based crew. There are PLENTY of olds that will book this.

Some modifications based on what I had on hand -- small shells instead of ditalini, one slice of bacon diced instead of the pancetta and I added three diced cloves of fresh garlic. It was so good, I kept "checking it" with a spoon even before the pasta was cooked!
