Lovely afternoon with Mel, Helen, Mark and Callan in one of my favourite south Liverpool parks, loads of beautiful trees and shade on a very hot day

Lucky to have so many beautiful tracks to ride around within a few miles of home

It's horrendous, however I could just about put up with tv deals and adverts, if the price of tickets remained affordable for most, sadly after this club world cup and next year's world cup dynamic ticket pricing will become more prevalent and we all know where that leads

Obviously, but in the eyes of many indoctrinated by the media he's the PM of a left wing party, that's part of the problem

I agree, some of the East European clubs were very good, we got knocked out in that period by clubs from Poland and what is now Georgia, while Spanish and Italian clubs weren't as strong in general. English clubs like Forest, Villa, Leeds and Ipswich were very good, as were the French

I've mixed feelings on this, I'm lucky to have seen Liverpool win 6 European Cups/CL's, these are the games played in the first four, 1977, 1978, 1981 and 1984, qualification was undoubtedly harder, however I'm not convinced the quality before the QF's was often that good

Some amazing numbers, never saw him play but we should never forget how good he was

The BBC hasn't been fit for purpose for many years, sadly it's indoctrinated everyone into believing it's irreplaceable and that we all have to fund it regardless of it's output and obvious establishment bias

We'll have to see what impact not having a summer break has on these clubs players next season and if it's worth the money they will earn

Starmer won't change until his MP's stand up to him, sadly the vast majority won't and he'll continue using the Trump playbook advised by his not so clever careerist advisors

First went to Wembley in 1978 and it looked a bit like the 1st photo, when I went for the Carabao Cup Final a few months ago it was like the 2nd photo

You'd want a better success rate if you were going to ride on one of his rockets anytime soon

Highlight was seeing a huge buzzard flying out of the undergrowth 20m in front of me on the path, I've seen deer in the area between mile 3 and 4 previously

Most of the official club accounts are still on twitter, as are most of the big fan accounts even if they post occasionally on here as well, sadly it's all about engagement for the clubs and monetisation for the fan sites

FIFA has decided not to show any videos, signage or marketing assets in venues hosting the Club World Cup in the United States which explicitly mention challenging racism or discrimination.

Saw him at Anfield in 1979, we won 2-1 in front of 35,270 but lost the return leg 3-0

When a really popular manager leaves your club it feels awful, especially if they are still successful, I can think back to Shankly, Dalglish and Klopp, but as I've also seen with Paisley and Slot it's not always as bad as it seemed
