Something positive for Sunday:
Wind and solar overtook fossil fuels in energy production in the EU last year! 🌞
There are some interesting trend here though. Fossil consumption (namely gas) increased, as hydropower decreased slightly.
The trend is certain though. European future is sustainable 📈

The legislative proposal of the report is rather innovative, following examples of the Platform Work Directive to give workers rights on

Olisivat voineet rakentaa auditorion siihen ympärille. Harvoin tulee nähtyä yhtä montaa alakoululaista yhtä keskittyneenä :)
It looks like there will be 2-3 new EU Directives coming out.
I will try to drop a deeper analysis on this later on, but altogether, there seems to be plenty of new employment actions for the next years.

Currently the EU climate is not exactly pro-regulation. This is reflected by the limited legislative outputs and open-ended wording of the Roadmap.
The Roadmap will lead into a formal action in Q4 in the form of Quality Jobs Act. Before that, public consultations will be carried out.
