2. Getting used to a road means you aren’t actively engaged.
3. When DC makes changes in camera enforcement they often have a 2-3 week period when they send warning letters rather than fine. I’m guessing this is what happened with the FOIA request.

This is a correct take. I knew someone who got dinged several times at the same spot and wrote angry letters each time they got a ticket. Did not appreciate it when someone suggested not to speed.

I’m not thrilled with socializing the costs so a billionaire can privatize the profits, but this seems like the best option and probably better than most of the recent stadium “deals”. Something needs to be done at that site.

After a particularly Kafkaesque experience with them about a year ago I managed to get the number of the local distribution center. Talking to the actual people who put things on vans and not the call center who just “flags” the package helps. Much more work than it needs to be though.
