Have taken in a rescue, Frida, having been found in horrific circumstances. Unsure of little one’s age as she was found very malnourished. She is full of food, play & personality now 🥹❤️ #catsky #catsofbluesky

This, however, was brilliantly written. A gripping retelling of some harrowing professional experiences. No dumbing down of language either; provided some interesting education around the anatomy of the heart. 🫀 So detailed at times I could feel my pulse rise!

Great premise, read it quickly but the way in which it was written meant I struggled to engage. I felt disconnected from the characters, perhaps due to the third-person telling it the lack of descriptive insight into who they were beyond what had happened to them. #booksky

I managed sink my teeth into this in the last weeks of July, as someone who grew up with the series, I eat these books up quick.
Didn’t grab me initially, felt slightly less gripping than the original series. But it was easy to read and had me hooked by the end and wanting more.

As a soon to be qualified art therapist, I was admittedly sceptical about this read. But pleasantly surprised! An insightful, honest and at times hilarious insight into both providing and participating in therapy. Felt respectful of her clients experiences and her own throughout.

Whilst I don’t miss the bad place bird app one bit, I am sad Bsky doesn’t do the cute balloon birthday icons that horrid bird app did which filled your profile the birthday happiness for the day. Nevermind, this place is much nicer even if it is a bit balloon-less…

A really easy to read autobiography, got through this super quick! Was gripped by the real life accounts of Dr Browns career switch, her heartfelt & at times harrowing experiences, which shone light on the importance of providing care to all.
