👏 Thank you, Senator Murray, for calling this administration what it is… a corrupt disgrace, and opting out of the sham SOTU. This administration is also cruel and inhumane and warrants vigorous prosecution from top to bottom. Please add that to your annual “to do” list.

I’m certainly not an expert, but I think it’s safe to say that it’s not ideal for all anxiety conditions; could even make it worse and/or add paranoia. I’m also not trying to devalue Rx meds that address anxiety & depression. I guess I’m suggesting there are non Rx options that work for some people.

I’ve met people who gave up weed they used to de-stress, but then go on Rx anxiety meds, which they didn’t take before giving up weed. 🙃

A white, 4-level ferry boat loaded with vehicles on the bottom deck and 2 passenger seating area decks above sails through a saltwater passage on its way to San Juan Island. The water is calm and blue, as is the sky. Ahead of the ferry is an evergreen tree covered island.

This is a frequent mode of transportation in western #Washington for people who live on one of our many islands, the Olympic Peninsula, and along populated shorelines. I forget how special ferry rides are, until visiting friends get excited to experience it themselves.
